Proof of Residency

To get a medical marijuana card in Pennsylvania, you’ll need your ID number from your Pennsylvania State Driver’s License, or your Non-Driver ID Card. You can also present a copy of a government-issued ID card that contains your name and Pennsylvania State address, or a copy of a utility bill or other document displaying your residency address, issued within the last two months. You can use a current lease or similar document that confirms your Pennsylvania residency, or any other documentation approved by the DOH which contains sufficient information to prove residency in the state

Approval Process

Once you’re all approved, the doctor will generate a unique medical marijuana recommendation that you’ll be able to access in the Pennsylvania State Patient Portal. We’ll let you know once your certificate is ready to go, so you can then complete your registration in the State Portal.

Pay the Fees

In the portal, you will need to finalize your registration by paying an application fee of $50 directly to the state of Pennsylvania. Once you submit your application and confirm your registration, a physical card will be mailed to you by the state within 7 – 10 business days.
