Register for the CURT Program
Register for the Compassionate Use Program online. You’ll be required to prove that
- The patient is a permanent resident of Texas (state ID, proof of address)
- The patient has one of the medical conditions listed below
- A CUP-registered physician prescribes
- That qualified physician decides the benefit outweighs the risk
Fill Your Prescription
Once a qualifying physician has entered your prescription into CURT, you are ready to fill that prescription in any dispensary in the state for low-THC cannabis. A legal guardian can fill the prescription for children under 18. You can also contact dispensaries to discuss delivery options.
Neccessary Information
You’ll need to provide the following information in order to access your prescription information in CURT:
- Photo identification
- Your last name
- Your date of birth
- The last five digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
